Step 1: Document Preparation
The first and most important stage of registration is collecting the required documents. The registration package includes:
Charter of the public organization: the organization’s core document. It sets out the organization’s goals, membership admission and withdrawal procedure, and management structure.
Minutes of the founding meeting: a document confirming the decision to establish the organization.
Registration application: completed in the unified prescribed form and submitted to the relevant territorial justice authority together with the other documents.

Step 2: Submission of documents for registration
Documents can be submitted either on paper or electronically via the government services portal. Registration of a public organization is carried out by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine. Step 3: Receiving the registration extract
